Most writers keep a notebook with them to capture anything from snippets of conversations to ideas for their next story or piece.
Moleskine-style notebooks were the notebook of choice for many a famous writer, including Oscar Wilde, Jean-Paul Sartre, Ernest Hemingway and Bruce Chatwin. The modern Moleskine is also perennially popular with writers and artists. At Milligram, it’s our best selling notebook!
Moleskine is again sponsoring the Melbourne Writers Festival (#MWF) in 2014. The festival runs from the 21-30 August, 2014 and features an impressive line-up of local and international writers.
This year’s Melbourne Writers Festival will connect writers and stories to “celebrate a world of literature, explore universal ideas, and inspire a global community of readers”. The 2014 program has launched featuring literary legends announced including Helen Garner, Chris Hadfield, Sir Salman Rushdie, Maria Popova of Brain Pickings and Dave Eggers, there’s something for everyone.
You can check out the program at mwf.com.au.
